In the mid 1980s Phillip Goss and his team began building slide tray bodies suitable for carrying cars and later with a cradle assembly for a second car pick up. Goss Towing Equipment then developed the slide tray for wider use such as carrying forklifts and general machinery. Under the management of Mathew Goss, Goss Towing Equipment continues to manufacture slide tray bodies for customers Australia-wide.
